i wanted to do something about my sporting heroes. the ones that really meant something to me. i thought about it and i could only come up with these four guys. there were lots of other guys later that i loved but somehow the guys that i remember in colour don't have the same weight as the guys i remember in black and white. colour makes it all ironic, or something.










maybe the black and white thing is an exaggeration. maybe ali was my last sporting hero because he was the last sporting hero. they're all just businessmen now.
